Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Strevit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Strevit.

Strevit provides an online resume builder with AI-assisted features. We offer Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Features available on each tier are described on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for losses from unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Paid plans are billed monthly from the date you subscribe. There are no refunds for partial months.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to your current billing period.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to create fraudulent resumes or misrepresent your qualifications to employers
• Resell or sublicense access to the AI features (e.g. running a resume-writing business using our AI credits)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

You retain ownership of the resume content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content in order to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your resumes.

AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not be accurate or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated resume content before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strevit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
